Opportunity with LuK

Boys & Girls Club is collaborating with LuK for a fantastic learning opportunity.

This interactive series will be 5 weeks long on Mondays (3-4 PM) after school, starting January 25. It's a great foot in the door if kids are interested in LuK's apprenticeship opportunity a couple years down the road. The following topics will be covered:

1/25: Introduction to manufacturing

2/1: How to be a great employee

2/8: Apprentice program

2/15: What it's like to be an engineer

Edgewood Addition a 'Go'

Boys & Girls Club of Wooster is excited to announce that a contractor has bid and been accepted for the Wooster City Schools’ Edgewood Renovation Project, set to begin construction in June 2016. Boys & Girls Club of Wooster will be leasing a portion of the renovated area when construction is complete.

3 Day Robotics Program a Success

Parterning with the Wayne County Public Library, 10 BGCW members completed a 3 day program that taught them basic coding and robotics.
